My life has been blessed by being a part of the Military family. It brings with it a set of struggles unique to itself.

I turned to art in order to cope with the stress and struggle of having a friend and loved one in the field of battle. 

I drew the photographs posted by the soldiers themselves, and some images ended up becoming haunting ghostlike images. The drawings are a physical manifestation of the phantoms we hold onto to keep ourselves sane while they are away.
